Shipping and Returns
Fulfillment Time
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your order. Fulfillment time is calculated in business days.
- 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.)
- 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
*Please take note that fulfillment time takes place before shipping.
*Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.
Shipping
You have several shipping options to choose from – they can range from within 1-8 business days depending on the courier and level of service you select.
Set-Apart Xpressions is not responsible for any loss or any damage to your package once it is in the hands of the shipping courier. Set-Apart Xpressions is not liable for any delays or issues once it is shipped. Please contact your local postal service for any circumstances regarding any issues that has taken place while in their possession. Everything that is beyond Set-Apart Xpressions control including service interruptions, inclement/severe weather and etc, we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping costs and tax charges are non-refundable. You will still be charged for the items that are shipped to you.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded when the order is complete.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable items:
- masks
- mugs
- hats
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if the item itself is defective or damaged and not caused by the shipping courier. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at celo.rae@setapartxpressions.com.
